BT Panorama administration fee calculator

This calculator and its report have been prepared by BT Portfolio Services Limited (ABN 73 095 055 208 AFSL 233715) ('BTPS') solely for use by financial advisers or their dealer groups and must not be made available to any retail clients. The calculator and its report provide estimates only for general information and guidance purposes. The information provided through this calculator and report:

• in relation to BT Panorama Investments and BT Panorama Super, is based on the administration fees set out above under the "Start" section (inclusive of GST and net of any reduced input tax credits) except that, in relation to BT Panorama Super, expenses incurred in relation to the Operational Risk Financial Requirement (ORFR) have been capped at $300 per account (that applied in 2021);
• in relation to the comparison platform(s), is based on the information you entered into the calculator;
• does not take into account any other fees and costs that may apply to some or all of the available investments (such as advice fees, transaction fees, transaction costs, external broker fees, cash transaction account fees, perfornace fees, other indirect costs, investment management fees and buy/sell spread charges); and
• assumes the account balance is invested for the whole year in the asset classes you entered into the calculator.

Accordingly, the total costs payable by a client in respect of the products will be greater than those specified in the comparisons. Further, the figures may not provide an accurate comparison of the total costs of the platforms - for example:

• the calculator assumes that all administration fees across platforms are comprised of:
  • a percentage asset-based fee subject to a minimum (if applicable) and a fixed dollar account-based fee (based on the chargeable assets selected);
  • a percentage based trustee fee (based on total account balance); and
  • a fixed dollar amount and a percentage based amount (based on total account balance) for expense recoveries.
  Please note that the components and the basis on which the components are calculated may vary across platform products and other platforms may include other components in their administration fee;
• a platform may incorporate provision for other fees and costs in their administration fees;
• a platform may have other fees for which BTPS has not made provision for in this calculator (including, for example transaction fees, corporate action fees, additional custodial fees or other service or investment fees);
• if you have entered more than one tier for administration fees, the fee percentage applies only to that tier of your client's account balance. On other platforms your client's account balance may determine a fee percentage that applies to your client's entire account balance;
• on other platforms, the administration fee rates may be different for different investment options, for example, investment options that are issued by an entity related to the platform provider;
• on other platforms the same trustee rate may not apply to each chargeable asset however the calculator assumes the same trustee rate applies to all chargeable assets;
• on other platforms, more than one tier may apply in relation to trustee fees; and
• the calculator is based on only one account so does not cater for aggregation or relationship pricing which may be available to your client.

When using the calculator and viewing the report, you should consider that investment menus and available asset classes vary between platform products. In particular:

• if you have compared the BT Panorama Compact menu to other platform(s), please note that the Compact menu is a limited investment menu and does not have listed securities available; and
• international listed securities are not available on BT Panorama.
